I'm personally of the opinion that it's most professional just to use your own name: Jane Smith Photography. When you start calling your business/gallery other things, like Frosting Photography or whatever, not only does it sound less professional, but then people don't associate your photos with you, they associate them with the random name you chose.

You should give more of an outline than you've given so far. What do you aim for with your site, what is the importance of the photography on it, what kind of photography are you talking about?
On a general note though, use a name that shortly hints to what can be expected and mix that with how you wish to be represented in that. A good example is MicroSoft, which refers to Software for Micro-computers.
