Have them in my left heal and I have them behind my knee caps.

dr. scolls gel heel cups. look on about.com, i also have them and found alot of info. if you do not ease the pressure you will need surgery.
i'm going to get asics gel tennis shoes this weekend, my friend told me nike also just came out w/some new shoes. i take tylenol to relieve some of the pain.

There are stretches that you can do for the muscle in the back of your calf, which also stretch the bottom of your foot. Physical therapy and/or a cotisone shot from your physician are the best ways to relieve this condition more permanently. Temporarily, heel cups (available at most grocery stores and pharmacies) help some.

However, whatever problem you haver behind your knee caps is not a heel spur. You only have heel spurs on your heel, and these are completely unrelated to any knee problems.
