Sephora has a beautiful selection... MAC and Benefit are fun and flirty... Smashbox is great too!

Sephora is THE BEST! The staff is great and will help you find what you're looking for without the hard sell you get at the department store. It's a little pricey, but it's the best there is!

Wal-Mart is just fine. They have many brands available, so you can find the one right for you. You can look flirty without having to pay a ton of money.

Ulta is good for your everyday stuff but I like Prescriptives and Sephora at the department store.

there are specialty stores like sephora where you can try all of the makeup before you buy it! but other than that, department stores like macys and nordstrum have a lot of makeup too.

go to a department store and look at the girls behind the counter. if there is one that has a style you like the talk to her! I adore Lancome and MAC
