I would say a cream colored shirt that doesn't clash with the green. Maybe look After Hours Formal Wear online, and see what kind of colors they have put together, to get some ideas for what you want.

White, black, or DARK green shirt. No other colors or you'll look like a clown.

I'd go with white collar and a really light green or really light lavender colour - a really light lavendar would be a complementary colour. If you put it with orange you'll look like a squash.
