100% agreement with badbear.

Israelis are killing terrorists. If hezbollah would indeed stop that sh!t, as the president so eloquently put it, the fighting would end. Until then, let the Israelis get done what needs to get done so that they can exist in peace & security, rather than with an enemy on their northern border that is bent on destroying Israel by killing civilians.

So far, he's done something right - miracles do happen! The only US troops there so far are to evacuate Americans. Could it be that by hitting the age of 60, Bush has suddenly developed wisdom and some smarts? Nah, that's hoping for too much.

Lebanon is harboring Hezbollah, and Hezbollah has been lobbing missiles into Israel since Gaza was given to the palestinians.

So what do you think of Hezbollah's attacks on Israel?

The attack was necessary. The president's response is right on - he's letting the Israelis take care of needed business.

I think Israel hasn't really started wars before and are getting sick of being bombed daily so they're striking out. Bout time if you ask me! They aren't getting anywhere by ignoring the problem, so strike back hard this time instead of what they've been doing.
