Yes... the iTunes card will work with the iTunes Music store. It doesn't matter what computer or if you have an iPod.

Itune cards are used to purchase music from the itune music store, and the itune is available for both MAC and PC therefore, if you have a PC and have iTune, then you're able to use the card to purchase music, however, you will not be able to put the music that you bought onto an mp3 player unless it's an ipod, but you can burn them to a CD. hope that's clear enough.

yeah you can download itunes from www.itunes.com for windows and log onto the itunes music service from there, download whatever music you want with your itunes card once you create an account and listen to that music on your computer or burn it to a CD. Hope that helps!
