Freedom to pursue your own intrests, thats how the saying goes and is the only freedom anyone takes really seriously it would seem. Now the treaty my people signed stated " as long as the sun shines, grass grows and the river flows..." Everyone is chasing that rainbow it would seem, even though it has been proven that the rainbow is round from space.
What would you say if I told you I could turn it all back to a state of Eden? Sometimes I think the answer is no but most of the time I do see the good of people and their caring and compassionate nature.
It's often very hard to see but yes,people care.
Look at all the people doing charities or engaging in political debate to make the world a better place.Or all the friendly folks who answer these questions whit the full intent of helping a fellow human being.
The world can get you down but there is still sunshine if you look close enough.
I hope you are not depressed or if you are that this and other answers cheer you up.

Yes, I care about many things. I worry about many things too. I just wish there was something I could do to better the things I worry about.

I care about all the poor people in the U.S. that live in extreme poverty and there is no way for them to get out or get help. I care about all the wealthy idiots that donate money to causes like, adding a wing on Oral Robert's church when people are living like animals.I think the idiots should be made to donate so much annually for health care and education to U.S. citizens.

I give a damn about all the outsourcing of jobs. It will come to a point that over half of our population is poverty level because of outsourcing. I love it when you read in the paper, XYZ plant is expanding and that will create jobs for ten people!!!! Big Deal....

Outsourcing should be outlawed. That is the answer to most of our problems.

SO, In closing, YES there are a hell of a lot of things I care about and I worry about. I wish there was something I could do about it, besides complaint. AND blame it on our lousey government.

One more thing. This is how government works. I can see in the next couple years releasing Saddam and he will go back and reclaim his empire and it will go back to the way it was before we got into it. We made a mistake and Saddam has convinced all those involved that it wasn't his fault and he's been punished enough. OR the trial will go on until he dies of old age.....WANNA BET? CAN YOU EVEN IMAGINE WHAT COULD BE DONE HERE IN OUR OWN LAND WITH ALL THE MONEY BUSH HEAD HAS SOAKED INTO ALL THESE CAUSES? WE NEED A PRESIDENT THAT CARES MORE US THAN "OVER THERE".

I do, I care deeply about my dog, that has been my faithful companion for 16 years. I also love my family very much. I`m not into politics, I`m just a very small fish in a very large pond. Maybe that`s the problem, if all the small fishes grouped together, maybe then changes could be made.

Wow, of course people do, and no not just their freinds and family. You have groups all over the world trying to make a difference in one area or another. Are you so blind you cant see that? The world and us who live in it are not all selfish dark people with nothing to live for except what makes us feel good. It's sad that those who do live like that stick in your head more. I care about lives and the quality of them. I care about the natural enviornment i live in. I care about the events in the world that are tearing people apart. Am i doing things to make a dent, i'd like to think so. Are you? Only you can answer that
