The dumbest questions are the ones that are rhetorical-- questions that are asked not for the answer but to make a point. The asker will then go on to rant on and on about their opinion in the additional details section. Some of the worst offenders are political in nature like this one that asked "Are you rich?" but then went on to rant about how the liberals will destroy America because they want everyone to pay for a welfare state (except couched in more incoherent and illogical terms-- really, I'm doing this "treatise" a lot more justice than it deserves). Or another that asked "Do you like a Bush?" The best answer for it was someone who said that they did and respected Bush because he's the President. The asker replied, "You a crazy."
Also, the questions where the person does not use capitalization, punctuation or spelling and is incoherent to boot. Those are really dumb.

I've seen so many "I hate Muslims" type questions in the R&S section that are nothing but rambling incoherent psychotic episodes. Most of them ramble on for paragraphs before a coherent phrase is uttered, so I can't really quote one.

there was one this morning in the baby section that asked something like,"Do you know of any good ghetto names for my baby? I want her to have a ghetto name so she'll have a good career." Yeah, I am not making that up. Pretty dumb.

"I just had unprotected sex, could I be pregnant?"

Some girl asked if she could get pregnant by having oral sex. that has got to be the most stupid question I have ever heard.
