Squats and lundges. As much as it sucks to do them, they really help. If you have on demand for cable, go to the sports and fitness section and go to the exercise tv. They have a lot of different butt exercises that you can do. Trust me, I do them everyday!! Good luck

There is a product called Ab Swing. It does wonders. You need to only exercise with this 10 minutes a day. Also, go on a low carb diet. Eliminate pasta, rice, potato, bread, or anything that has flour in it from your diet. I lost 20 with this diet.

Girl I have the same problem! I do squats & lunges everyday! It really does help too---also try hiking/walkng up hills. But don't worry too much-my bf says he loves my a$$ the way it is!
Ohh yeahh---I forgot tae bo is a great way to work on your butt too!

on your knees and hands kick your leg back and keep your knees bent..... uh if you have a big booty however this will increase muscle mass which wil make your clothes fit tighter in that area...u may wanna just do some cardio.

lie on the floor and try to sit putting pressure and with support of ur butt (situps) not with help of ur hands, this will firm ur butt and give it a nice shape, do it 30 times everyday
