I kinda have the same problem. I'm 20 yrs 5'2 and weigh 105lbs. Your best bet would probably be in the petite section of the womens. Some of the clothes are for shorter older women, but they do have some for younger women. Most of my clothes I get in the regular womens section or teen section. You probably have a problem with pants being too long, huh? Me too. Your best bet, just keep looking around until you find a place that has clothes that fit your style and body type. But I would say, the petite sections should have some good clothes.

I know girls with similar problems.
Their answer tends to be Canada -- especially Vancouver where there are a lot of petite Asian girls. They have sizes there that you would never find in American stores. You could try the nearest Chinatown though.
Short of that, I think your choices are learning to hem (cheapest option), paying the stores to tailor fit the clothes for you (depends where you shop), or having a tailor design your wardrobe for you -- at least your clothes will be nice, if there are fewer of them.

Honey, try going on line and doing some research. There are even places online that will custom make clothing to your specifications for very reasonable prices. I know an Indian site that has beautiful stuff www.eshakti.com. Some of it obviously caters to Indian women, but they have a lot of other things too, and good prices. I just ordered 3 outfits from them.

try designers that make clothes specifically for small sizes... or u can buy clothes as close to the fit as possible and them have them altered by a tailor... i do that becuase it's hard for me sometimes to find tops that fit properly

cool, I am 5'5, 88lbs, and 16 year old!!! but I go to Nordstrom and American Eagle, you know, for cloth shopping, but for your size, I would strongly suggest Old Navy, because they have some small child sized cloth, and they are cute, too!
good luck!
