Yes, and no. Yes, because there are far better candidates available. No, because between Bush and Kerry, Bush was by far the better candidate. Unfortunately, with the 2-party system, we often have no choice other than the lesser of two evils.

No he has done OK. I do hope we have a better candidate this next time around but I will not hold my breath until a better one shows. Both parties need to get with what we the people want.
