i've never reported anyone -- i just annoy them sometimes.

Although I certainly agree with everyone on here (I'm not a snitch, by the way), I would say that people who are only answering questions to flame other people aren't really doing anyone on here any good.
Some questions are silly, and some are downright stupid. I agree with that, but if you think that it's that dumb, don't put your snarky comment in there.
Depending on the extend of the flaming depends on whether or not a person should be reported, in addition to the other, more dangerous things that everyone has mentioned.
As far as I know, we're here to have fun and to answer and get answers to the questions that are on here. We are NOT here to listen to some jerk who can't punctuate or spell flame everyone else.
No, I'm not going to report those people, but I could see why others would.

well there's a big difference between both.
i think citizens arrest is when someone who's not a police officer catches the person (physically) for the cops to come and take.
but making a report helps them alot and does feel really good!

Depends on the crime. Don't report someone for littering or stupid things like cursing and threatning people. Report someone for illegal gun possession, or a grow operation. Something that illecits alot of crime down the road, rape, or child pornography. If you're not talking about crime, then don't be a snitch because what goes around comes around. Nobody is perfect.

ive never reported anyone. if i dont like the question than i dont answer it. i have been reported because i answered a question with the word HUH, though. i guess it would kinda be like a citizens arrest if you think about it!

Depends on the situation I think. If someone is being abused, then yeah, I would report that. If it isn't life threatening, I don't think it should be that big of a deal.

id only do it, if the question was extremely sexually graphic, or very disgusting. i once reported someone that said they were having relations with his dog. i cant say it made me feel good to report him. but i was sure hoping that he got booted off of here.
