To overcome the the most important part (the lonely bit);
1) post a question on yahoo questions (as you have done) and read all the replies;
2) separate those that have tried to answer properly and sound genuine and friendly.
3) You can reply to 5 emails within 24 hrs so respond to the best/friendliest 5 and see if you make an on-line friend.
When you feel less lonely you can then get on to minor details like feeling hot & sweaty

Well you are lonely, because you are stinky and sweaty, And who in their right mind would even say that, worst yet get them self in that condition? Why did you even ask this question when you should of been taking a shower instead.

Take a shower, get all looking great and go to a singles social event through a church or community organization to meet some new people - that is if you're single. If you're not single, you might be involved in a different kind of community groups. There are moms clubs, the Red Hat Society, the pink hat society, I could go on and on. Start volunteering with an organization that does things that make a difference in a way that impresses you.

Taking a good Hot bath will help with the sweaty stinky part and Accepting Jesus Christ as your Lord and Personal Savior will help with the Lonely part. Good Luck and God Bless You.

Do Something to get yourself out of that rut. Firstly treat yourself to a bath and use aromatic soaps to make yourself feel better. Next fix yourself some food or a nice cup of coffe. Or better yet, go out and walk through the city doing interesting things such as watching a movie or shopping for clothes. Call up some friends and make plans to meet up for dinner. Or cuddle up on the couch with a good book and pass the time doing something relaxing. Get a message and a pedicure. These are just a few tips hope you feel better. :)

They all say find a friend?
friends are stress you have to care about what they need, the best way to cheer up is get out of the mind frame of lonely and just be alone
put you fav music on, get junk food and read a mag enjoy the peace your probably some one who usually has people around you take this time to get to know your self
p.s. be as smelly as you like, you alone so coz no one else smells you its fine

Put on some music and get into a lovely bath with your favourite bubble bath or bath fizzers or order some lovley ones from lush, one that prefereabley has mood lifting capabilities, and relax, Then get out of the bath pamper your self with a lovely body lotion and come and chat to us on yahoo answers as you can never be lonely when you have us to talk to.

Take a shower with a luxurious moisturising shower cream, after drying pamper yourself wilth a silky satin moisturiser. Put on you lightest night clothes, get youself a stiff drink and settle down to watch a nice DVD that suits your taste.
