They wipe, but not well enough. And they do it because they are sadists. Hello?! we have to wash your underwear....

They don't wipe their butts?????
EWWWWW. That's why they stink.
No really, because when we sit down and pee there is always a chance that it "runs" to or anus, so we need to wipe there also. Guys don't have to when they urinate because they have their penis, which acts like a hose. They can point it where they want to and shot. We don'thave that ability. Notice if you try to pee standing up where your pee ends up. No chance of their pee running to their butts.

they do wipe their butts. they're more likely not to wipe their penises, they just shake 'em.
