I've heard you are not supposed to mess with them as it wil cause scarring, but if you have to go somewhere and you dont want a big old whitehead(s) on your face, what do you suggest?

Ok, so it is ok if you pop them? Ive always heard you arent supposed to. No way in hell I'm wearing make up haha and I don't have time to get a facial when I wake up in the morning and have to go to work, nor would I want to. Alright thanks.

If you don't have to go somewhere immediately, try hot compresses to make it come to a head sooner. Then you can use a needle that you've sterilized in rubbing alcohol to gently break the skin over the whitehead so the debris can escape. Use a clean cotton ball saturated with more rubbing alcohol to clean the area then if you want to use cold compresses to calm the skin down. After that leave it alone.
I've never tried it, but I've been told aspirin mixed in a little water to make a paste and applied will dry it as will toothpaste but not the gel kind.
If you have to borrow from a female in your house that uses makeup and dab foundation on it to conceal it or ask them to help you.

Go to a dermotologist or go to a salon and get a facial...make sure to get the facial done a few days prior so that ur face isnt red

well..they say dont touch them, but them gooey stuff will not go away unless u pop it out..ive tried to leave it and not touch it, but it doesnt go away, it will always be there, u have to squeeze that **** out, and thats it dont touch it after wards, use hydrogen peroxide to clean it, the one in the brown bottle, it really clears my face up
