My friend was telling about this guy she was messing with...he had some white things around his head...he told her is was from when he was a baby and they circumsized him, and it didn't heal right. Its not a disease but some kind of condition???I'm just trying to help her out...but..I'm not sure if that can be true..anyone else have that problem or their kids did when they got circumsized???

sounds like an STD...
i have a co-worker who has told me that his penis has a bump on it (assuming on the shaft) from the Rabbi that circumsized him.. but he doesnt describe it as multiple bumps
