Not really. If you kiss a man but feel nothing for him - and that obviously includes lust - you can't be considered gay. If you enjoy the kiss, however, you might consider either the hypothesis that your partner in crime is terribly good at kissing and you might want to repeat it, or you can just wonder if you're bisexual ;)

No, it only means that you kissed a man. I've kissed my Dad, but that's because I love him, and it didn't turn him gay. I've also kissed my Mom, and it didn't make me straight. Kissing is simply a way of expressing affection for another person. There are social norms which dictate whether that's acceptable or not. There are some places where a man and woman can't hold hands in public. Yet, in India (for example), two men can hold hands in public and it only means they're friends, not gay. If the cultural norms of a particular country were to kiss a man on both cheeks as a greeting, I would do it. (I've even seen Pres. Bush do it, but then he shuddered a bit afterwards.)

Knowing if you are gay goes much deeper than whether you've kissed a man or not. That is something that no one can tell you, you need to seek within yourself honestly.

No, ask the Italians that. A kiss can be a greating or showing of love for a family member. Now if you kissed the man because you found him attractive and you wanted to feel the softness of his lips against yours well then you have at least bi-sexual tendencies. This is not wrong. If you want to kiss him, and he wants to kiss you go for it. If it feels great for both of you enjoy the passion. And don't worry about if it makes you gay. Enjoy the moments.

Gay is a personal identity and you are the only one that can decide what you want to be called.

I agree that if you kiss a man and enjoy it that you should explore it further. There's nothing wrong with exploration!

If a man hammers one nail is he a carpenter?

Did you enjoy it? Do you want to do it again? Do you find yourself sexually attracted to men? If you can answer yes to these questions, then you're gay. Otherwise you're just probably curious, or crazy. Don't worry about it. Figure out what works for you and don't worry about labels.

No it won't. You either are gay or you are not. I've had and have many, many straight friends. I've always been popular, and the vast majority of my friends have always been straight guys. They all hug me and quite a few of them kiss me -- none of them turn gay.

Sorry.

There are no gay people, only gay acts. Your act may be considered 'gay', but as long as you aren't more proned to those acts over 'heterosexual' acts, then you are straight. Not that there's a problem if you were.
