how much will gas go up?

No one can say for sure.
It's about 2.85 here now, rumor has it that it will be up to over 4.00 within the next 6 months.(but we also heard it would be up to 5.00 after Katrina and that never happened)
We'll just have to wait and see.

for all i know gas can go up 2 $3.00 and up depending on what the state can do.

I heard it was going to go up to $4 around here.
