A blood test won't tell you. They do a sperm mobility test (basically, it tests your sperm to see if they are healthy and swimming as they should be). That's not done unless you and your wife are having infertility problems and its specifically requested.
Otherwise, think of yourself as fertile and you can get someone pregnant.

You would need to have a sample of your sperm counted to see how your little soldiers are marching and if you have enough soldiers to get the battle won!

semen analysis. It will show how motile your sperm are or aren't. It will also give a sperm count. Low sperm count or low motility can mean problems if you're trying to get a women pregnant.

look at your sperm under a microscope, at least 40X , you will see them swimming if they are.
