Well, they say if you walk under a ladder, you will get bad luck but when you find a four-leaf clover under a ladder that means you are in the same condition you were in before you went under the the ladder because when yu went under the ladder you had bad-luck so when you found the clover, you bad luck went away.
Now if you would have just found a four-leaf clover(not under a ladder), you would have just have good-luck! Do yu comprehen'de?

I really doubt you found a 4 leaf clover. If you found one then there must be more around that area. Who knows, maybe you're dealing with some sort of clover mutation =)

Well, I think if you entered and exited from the same side when retrieving the clover...you avoided that jinx. So I think you get to enjoy the full benefits of the 4-leaf clover.
