More than 20. When I was kid,in addition to the batteries going dead in the new toy, not having enough tokens was the thing that sucked the worst at the birthday party. Get as many tokens as you can afford so that the kids can play games until they can't play anymore.

BUT be sure to distribute them 10 or 20 at a time depending on the actual price of the games. Don't let the kids know or suspect that there is an unlimited supply of tokens. Start everyone out with 20 tokens and don't even tell anyone that there is more. Then wait for everyone to finish playing. Once everyone is broke then you can give everyone 20 more. But do not tell them that there is more comming. Just surprise them when everyone is done. That will make the party more fun.

After the second run, if the kids come back for more tokens, give them each 10.. but only if and as they ask for them (dont wait for everyone to go broke this time).

Wait for everyone to exhaust their supply again. Surprise everyone one last time and give everyone 20 tokens again.

Then that will be it. By keeping them off balance without being able to predict or know how many tokens there really are it will make it more fun for the kids.
