Spanoulis plays in the Greece. Never seen him play but reports are that he's one of the top players in the Euro league and that they may have to sign him now because if he keeps improving at the rate he has, he will be in better position to command more money down the road. I've heard his pluses are that he attacks the basket, minuses are he has a questionable outside shot.
Local Fox news reported last night they are close to signing Lucas to a multi-year deal, but after the Mike James debacle, I won't believe it until I see it. He's still a big of a project because of his height. After all Lonny Baxter dominated summer league last year, so there's something to be said about that.
Other than that we really don't have much options. There is no one outside the big two of any trade value and their are not any quality point guards left in the free agent pool, Marcus Banks probably being the best available. But he's not a difference maker.
