this emission is clean when compared to a women's emission fluids where it contains bacteria, but still isn't harmful.

i believe i read once that on average one "load" contains like 5 calories. i don't think it will wreck the diet

Needs some simple carbs for energy, but packed fullof proteins. Good for sore throats and for the skin!

not entirely sure about calories but i know it contains lots of protien so its good for you!!!
