Anybody got any ideas for my new novel?

Question

I write novels. My current novel is about 2/3rds way through and I am after some ideas. It is a book about a woman who goes off on an 18=30's holiday after splitting with her pig boyfriend then meets up with a guy and a woman who she becomes friends with. The woman gets raped by a rep and they plot and perform revenge on the rep (any further ideas here would be great).
the rep ends up distraught and sacked .. further ideas welcome..

I already have three revenges (they perform one each --- and so far they include drugs and a stripper = who becomes their friend), however any more would be welcome. Also when they get home the heroine and love interest live miles apart so need to be brought together at the end.. Any ideas for this???

To creat tension and drama in your book how about the fact that she does not know which rep. raped her so we find out at the same time as her as she tries to uncover the truth,i would also put obstacles in her way like difficult police enquiries "if she doesn't remember anything clear the how helpfull can the police be?"
Just a suggestion but try to involve the other couple in some way like unknowingly helping the rapist carry out the plot and who says the rapist has to be a man either,another twist perhaps
As a screenwriter your story sounds very adapteble to be rewritten into a very tasty screenplay for a small budget independant film

The characters are unsure how get revenge so they go on yahoo answers and ask the world for ideas, then the best one that is picked gets 5 points and the rep dies the end.

erm...then a leper comes out of nowhere, and gives them leprosy. Then they have to find the cure on a round-the-world adventure, meeting up with Robert Langdon and Dirk Pitt, finally finding the cure was in their basement. Then Robert Langdon reveals that the whole thing was a dream and she's been in a coma for 30 years. Then Greg House (from the tv show House...) says some sarcastic remark. the end?

How about getting the rep so nervous about the prospect of having revenge taken out on him that he voluntarily confesses to the authorities, and afterwards receives the same treatment as he doled out to his victim after he is incarcerated (i.e., he becomes some big, angry guy's b*%$^@ and no one cares). You can make it a torturous time for him, and a morality issue for the protagonist (revenge vs. the skiddish wheels of justice).

If this holiday is in the Lebanon, you could get the Israelis to bomb the rep, but be careful referring to 18/30 holidays , thats a registered company, think up a ficticious one for yourself.

Wy doesn't she report the rep to the police so the law can take its course? Then she can settle down with her new b/f with a clear conscience.

indicate that the "rep"is an agent for Israel who has become disenchanted with his government is trying to blacken their name,he is a drinker/reformed as tries to model himself on the president of the USA.which he finds extremely difficult as with his natural high IQ.he displays bursts of brilliance way beyond the known capability of the said President and his limited vocabulary.

I'm not sure what you mean by rep but your heroine sounds like she's having a HOLIDAY FROM HELL!
