I was on paxil got off like 8 months ago cuz of weight gain.. and I just wanted to know if anyone had bad side effect on that??? Thanks

My wife is on Lexapro right now. At the same time, she is also taking some other diabetic medication. She is losing weight a lot of weight (on purpose) and she has lost about 40 pounds in 4 months.

I gained like 25 pounds. I've been off of it for 6-8 months now and can't lose the weight.

all the ssri and ssnri type drugs have weight gain as a side effect...so does advil for that matter. check out the site below and click on lexapro for a full list of side effects and the other for solutions.

I have been on Lexapro for 7 months and have lost 35 pounds.

I've taken it for several months (but not regularly) and I've gained about 25 lbs. My dr refuses to believe it's a side effect of the medication, though.

My mother in law gained weight. But did you know there is a big lawsuit on lexapro for causing ruptured tendens(i guess i spelled that right)

i was on lexapro 10 mg and then 20 mg. it is a drug that doesnt have effects w/weight gain my doctor told me
