This will be my first time doing this.I am a meat eater and I read that I maybe carrying around a few pounds of crappy stuff because I eat meat. So if anyone has any info I would appreciate it.

The easiest way is to eat greens. You really should have watched Popeye carton on TV. Spinach does make you strong and clean your system naturally. Lots of vegetable will do too, but slower. however, turnip greens, spinach, steamed cabbage, broccoli (not with cheese) will do the work just fine. Saves u a lot on doctor's bill and laxatives. By the way laxative does not clean your system, just makes you sh*t loud.

go to your local drugstore and purchase an enema kit for about $10. it will clean you out for not alot of money. also, make sure youre getting enough fiber in your diet to prevent buildup of waste in your system. if you are constipated, try a laxative or stool softener for immediate results.

You can save your money. Unless you're getting ready for a medical exam or surgical procedure, you don't need to do it.

Go to your local health food store they have may things that can help you that will not cause discomfort.

take one of those laxative pills that make you go alot
