Some women never masturbate. They just don't feel the need to, but many women do, no matter thier age.
The real question should be, "would your wife feel like she had to lie to you about it, if she did?". Because if the answer to that question is yes, then you have bigger problems than her masturbatory habits.

Of course... I would be so bold as to say that feeling like one cannot or should not do it is a sign of immaturity.
Its one's own damn body and it is better to satisfy oneself than have to rely on someone else to do it.
