How can I make my own channel on mIRC?

I want to make my own channel on mIRC,but when my computer it will be off , I want that the chanell not to be "deleted".I mean that I want that the people to can chat more,even if I am leavig out from mIRC or even if my PC is off.I tryed like that : /j madruga (where madruga is my channel for ex.) , and I am a bott,but how can it be there for log time?Please help me! An d all this is just for my fun or can I delopev it to a little business? PLEASE help m,e! I will not forgive to give the 10 points to the best and the most clearly answer!!!

Madruga:
It all depends on which server network you are trying to set it up in. The most common ones are DalNet and UnderNet.

Here I will give the information concerning UnderNet:

First you need to log onto the undernet cservice webpage and create a username. This is done going to http://cservice.undernet.org/live/
and clicking on the "create one now" link under the login section.

Once you have your username, you need to open up the channel you want to register. Like in your example, /join #Madruga
Next you have to obtain 10 people with valid usernames who are willing to support your channel. Once you have them, you log in to the cservice user page, and click on the "webforms" link and then on the "register a channel" link on the left side of the page. You fill out the application, and then you ask your friends to message their support for it. They will receive instructions on how to do this approximately every 20 mins or so if they are on the channel. It is very important that your supporters remain in the channel most of the time, at least during the registration period. This should take 5-10 days. Once the channel is registered, you will obtain a bot called "X" on it, and it will help you with channel management. The cservice page also has the commands you need to know to make the bot work.

on mIRC.. you cannot have a channel with no people in it.. it will automatically deleted.. otherwise there would be thousands of empty channels with no way to get into them by /invite
