My 15th birthday is on the29th. I'm having some friends to sleep over that night but I want to go do something. I'm open to new ideas. I don't want to go the movies or things like that. I want to do something different. I was thinking abuot going to a ska show. We all like them and there fun, but I don't know what to do. Also we go to them togeather when we can. Should we do something like that because I know we all like it. Also we live in Lousiana so any one that lives in Metairie or the surronding areas would be most helpful but any one who wishes to help it would be greatly appeciated.
Any suggestions?? Thank you.

It's always good to support your local ska scene!
Maybe you can make ska your theme?
• Have band patches and paint available for you and your friends to decorate jakets, bags, shoes, etc.
• Burn compilation ska cds for your friends party favors.
• Rent old Real Ska Reel (Moon Ska Records) videos to watch after the show
• Use ska music that has no lyrics (try the Skatalites) and write a song as a group. Sing and dance the night away.

A ska show sounds fun! Why don't you try & ask your friends for ideas? I did that for my past birthday cause I had noooo clue whatsoever. Since my friends & I are all above 21 they took me downtown to a club cause I had never been down to that area or clubbing before. Try & look up things to do around your area & try something you've never tried before...it could be fun :-)

Since you are a MINOR you have to do things who are according to the law.
I do not know what you mean by ska show? My daughter is now 17, she got to spend her birthday and 4 Jul in Wash, DC on a academic leadership training program and had a great time! We live since 1991 near Ft Polk,LA. And it is smalltown USA here!

have a hug water fight with balloons and super soakers
race go carts
or do the ska show (did u mean sky show?) since you know everyone will like it.

purely plan a lil marvel present for him like you mite be understanding him heavily that what he needs in the present day, which could be leather-depending workplace bag. adult males commonly loves contraptions lots which they could flaunt in the front of their friends. A gold pleated Cuff link set also receives him praise. except for this, purely bathe vast love on him.
