Yes, I was just wondering because there's an ad in my local newspaper about some postal jobs and they said no experience!

There is a lot of competition for postal jobs. Did the ad say if a test was necessary? (Civil Service test).
There may be restrictions. One may need to be at least 18 in order to apply for the job. Since you have a worker's permit, your hours are limited. This job may be full time and therefore, you may not qualify just yet.
But, it wouldn't hurt to apply or to inquire.

i think you must be 18 for those jobs, take the postal exam , be bonded (they will do investigation to accomplish this), drug tested and background checked. I think these are basic requirements - i'm thinking back to when i worked there PT 15 years ago.
they select the top scorers from each test to interview - so unless you are scoring a 100 you can forget it - because veterans receive a 10 point preference and disabled may receive more. That means if they score 91 and you score 99 on test they are called first. It can be done bu this is why many postal employees have prior military experience.

No you cannot work in postal service. Such jobs are for the federal government and require a certain age (probably 18 or 21).
