I'm sorry I can't give you a name. I don't know if it is still the same bloke but the man who did the majority of those "This season..." / "...will never be the same." film trailers and so forth about 10 years ago was on the radio and it turns out that he puts on the American accent and is actually English. It's probably a different chap with a similar voice now though.
Sorry this wasn't what you wanted but I thought you might find it interesting (I was certainly surprised!)

I don't know what his name is but Carlos Mencia had him on his show one time. Pretty funny.
