Most likely you won't notice any pregnancy symptoms until about the time you've missed a period, or a week or two later. If you're not keeping track of your menstrual cycle or if it varies widely from one month to the next, you may not be sure when to expect your period. But if you start to experience some of the symptoms below (not all women get them all) and you haven't had a period for a while, you may very well be pregnant. Take a home pregnancy test and find out for sure!
Pregnancy symptoms: Top ten signs you might be pregnant
• 10. Tender, swollen breasts
• 9. Fatigue
• 8. Implantation bleeding
• 7. Nausea or vomiting
• 6. Increased sensitivity to odors
• 5. Food aversions
• 4. Frequent urination
• 3. A missed period
• 2. Your basal body temperature stays high
• 1. The proof: A positive home pregnancy test

Don't stress yourself until you miss a period. It is a waste of energy either way. But, just so you know, most symptoms don't appear until the second month. Sometimes you may notice tenderness in your breasts, or nausea, earlier. Also, frequent urination (more than 6 times a day, unless you are drinking heavily). However, thinking about those symptoms will make you think you are feeling them, being paranoid is no fun. Just relax as best you can until you have your period. If you aren't on birth control, you might want to think about it. If you want to be pregnant, then good luck!

At about 3 weeks I notcied my nipples were very sore. I also got dizzy at about 4 weeks. I would say the earliest sign would be your first missed period!

Almost immediately to 6 weeks. Some women don't experience any obvious symptoms; morning sickness (nausea) and breast tenderness are a couple.
