My boyfriend recently lost both pieces of id, his birth certificate and his SS card. Yeah, I know thats bad. Anyways, I feel like it was partly my fault (long story) so I told him I would get his birth certificate for him. I have seen prices from $20 to $100 but just cant seem to find where I can order straight from the county of Grand Forks North Dakota. If you could help me out with this it would sure take some weight off my shoulders. Thanks!!

You find the STATE he was born in, go to their website, there should be a link to health/human services or State Recorder, and that's where the request link should be.
