Diet and excercise. Try this as a goal: 200 crunches/night. And do them right! Don't rip your head off. Put an orange or a small ball under your chin and look at the ceiling. Come up and hold, make sure to tighten those abs i.e squeeze then release but don't flop on the floor. Do that for a week and eat low fat and get some cardio in and you'll see results in no time.

goin to the gym. or if u can't afford goin to the gym, do some crunches....those really work. a friend of mine did them and he used to be a lil chubby two years ago....now he looking real good.
