Found a necklace in old drawers. Seemed like from the 80s or 70s. its made of metal-like material (not sure what exactly. looks like silver but not sure). The color has changed n i think its prolly bcoz of rust (?) or simply being oxidized. i need help to return the color, anybody?

put it in some boiling hot water with some aluminum foil balls
has to be enough water to cover it all, best with a large base and about 5 small balls of foil, leave it for about 30 mins and take out dry and should be back to normal.
