DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES USE AN OUTFIT CALLED MAGSONTHENET.COM......I've been fighting with them for over two months over a subscription they screwed up and next week plan on turning everything over to the NY Attorney General Consumer Fraud Division and the Postal Authorities.
Unfortunately, I can't tell you a good site, but maybe I can help by telling you who to stay away from!

Mags4Cheap They have a great selection and always seem to have the best prices. I have ordered quite a few subscriptions from them with no problems.

Ebay is GREAT for getting cheap subscriptions. Way cheaper than any other place I've tried. And I've never had a problem ordering from Ebay vendors.

freebizmags.com is a good site. You can also go to justfreestuff.com and they have a magazine page that gives you free or discount magazine subscriptions.
