Printing problem!?

My printer will not print. On the control panel it is coming up as offline. Is this why? And if so, how do I get it online, please?

Try un plugging it from the usb and plugging it back in again.

Often happens!

it is likely to be a loose connection between computer and printer. Undo and then redo the connection, (USB or parralel lead) first at the printer and if that does not work at the computer end.
