I have the crappy Nokia that they have had for the past 2 years, but they were supposedly coming out with a new Nokia "bar" phone to replace it. What's up with it?

Just to let you know, the Nokia 6800 is not a T-Mobile supported phone. There are third party dealers out there that do sell unlocked phones and then pass them off as branded, but they are not. They will work, however, you usually need to get the settings for WAP and MMS downloaded to your phone. In regards to free phones...if you are looking to upgrade, check out your my t-mobile account. Log in, go to phones, then upgrade my phone and follow the links. You will see your discounted price, and if there is a free phone, you will see it online. Also, with a small cost associated, you can get some really awesome phones. If you order on the web, it will be billed on your next T-Mobile bill, so you don't have to pay up front for it.

The most recent Nokia from the carrier is the Nokia 6800. It's free, and you get $15 back after rebate You can see T-Mobile's newest cell phone models at this web site,
