No, I felt the same way for years, then I had an algebra professor that would show you 8 different ways to do every problem. Every single person in the room understood at least one of them.
It's not your learning, it's the fact that you do not think the same way as the current teaching theory.

There is a possibility that you may have a learning disability or maybe you need to speak with your teacher and get a tutor first. There's no need to jump to conclusions. If that doesn't work then speak with a guidance counselor at school and your parents and get a psychologist to test you.

There are various learning disorders including dyslexia and attention deficit disorder with or without hyperactivity. There is also low intelligence as well as terrible teachers.
