Unbelievably much.
As the heel raises, the entire foot and leg becomes more streamlined. Muscles slightly tighten up and the butt could even look more sexy too.
Most preferable are those sandal-like high heels (see source) where the toes and heel are naked. Pink is also a very nice color for girls.

heels look better on women but i personally like to wear flats because it is more comfortable.

It really depends on the rest of the outfit, but high heels make the leg look longer and the butt look firmer and rounder, so they do make an impression - but I like to know what a woman looks like WITHOUT all the makeup and extras as well.

i imagine adult males see females in heals as a mixture of sex kitten/useful. i'm lots shorter then you definately, yet when I placed on my maximum heals I sway my hips better, I upward thrust up taller. i am going to look absolutely everyone down because i understand i look warm. SO yeah, i guess it is intimidating. Seeing a females who's positive in her sexuality should be very intimidating. we are, you understand, assume to be meek flora! ( YEAH top!!!)
