Well, pedophilia is widely considered incurable, so we
would need to prevent him from ever getting anywhere
near any children ever again.
Other than that, its really a question of punishment.
How heinous is the crime, and why? Will this child
be harmed by this act? Will he even remember it?
If this were a law suit (which it isn't), I'd ask "What are
the damages"?
I guess I don't particularly believe in punishing sick people.
I do, however, believe in protecting myself (and others)
from them.
I'd give him a whopper of a fine and then never let him
see a child again. Why should I pay for his jail time?
Do we have any reason to believe that sticking him in
jail will prevent him from doing it again as soon as he is
out? Perhaps he will commit worse crimes.
Just because I am sickened (and I am), doesn't mean I'm
willing to start beheading people...

I think anyone, not just men, that sexually assaults an infant should be sentenced to life in prison or death...depending on the specifics facts of the case. These sexual predators being released after 10 years is ridiculous!!

Arrested and put in General Population with the rest of the prisoners...then announce over the intercom why the worthless excuse for a human is there. I guarantee......they will find out how it feels to be sexually assulted.

If he hasn't been reported, then that needs to happen!! Next, he needs to be arrested to keep him from re-offending. After that, he needs to be prosecuted ,sent to jail and educated as to what is appropriate sexual behavior(like not assaulting anyone!). -----Because, one day, he will get out of jail, and have to live somewhere---and he will have to be accountable for his actions and whereabouts. Hopefully he will never repeat his behavior.
As for that dear baby, I 'm praying that he/she will have a loving, sensitive environment to shelter,nurture and provide spiritual and emotional support.!!!

I think that he should be put in prison for life without the possibility of parole, and be constantly raped by anyone who wants a piece of him. (I used to be a correctional officer, and I have seen things like this happen)

vengeance belongs to the Lord but oh man!! I guess lock up for ever until death. some believe death. not much will happen to him probably, but God will take care of him. We can only have faith in the Lord.

wait for the hottest day of the year, restrain his hands, then take those little tiny scissors that are real sharp, and cut off his penis. then dip it in salt water and then shove it in his mouth and duct tape it there and leave him to die and the vultures to pick him to pieces.
