Im looking to buy Backstage Passes for a few concerts Im going to. But I have No Idea how to BUY them

You don't buy backstage passes. You usually obtain them through fan clubs or hitting up somebody working at the venue or for the band themselves. My friends and I got to go back to the hotel/bar with several bands by hanging with the roadies who invited us back and we got to meet most of the members of the bands. We also were allowed backstage/downstairs to meet the members of Type O Negative by hanging with the soundman. (The reason I mention this band particularly was because they were the most friendly.) We've met quite a number of different people over the years and basically it's being in the right place talking to the right people at the right time.

call the radio station that plays them a lot. Or if you found out about the tour on the radio then call that station.
