This sound like something I went thru. I lost my best friend when I was in 4th grade (they moved) a year later and new girl started out school and she rescued me and we became best friends for many years until 9th or 10th grade. We pretty much went our own ways. She hanged out more with her new friend and just left me there. Move on, someday you will talk again. I keep in touch with my friend but the feelings that we once had while being best friend just wasn't the same. There will be other girls out there that would love to be your best friend. You don't have to stop saying "Hi" or anything from your friend. Just accept the fact that she too moved on

Maybe your friend has outgrown you in other words if she is hanging around new people and doing new things mabey that is why she is not hanging around you anymore it is sad but these things do happen exspecially when a friend gets a boyfriend or girlfriend . I know it hurts so I think u should bring it to her attention and let her know how u feel and if it keeps up you will have to accept it and move on there are alot of people looking for a friend like you trust me ...

Don't spend time trying to figure out your place in her life because apparently you have grown apart. I have been in the same situation where my best friend and I have went months without talking and then when we do talk we talk for hours playing catch up. True friends will always be around and it doesn't mean that you have to talk every single day either...So get out and get your mingle on!
Feel good about who you are and live your life for you-stop looking for your best friend to validate you.

I have been in this situation aswell. Had a best mate whom i hung around with from year 5 till year 9 then all of a sudden she hung around with a different group and i became redundant. Luckily i had a couple of different groups of mates to hang around with after this. So basically don't try and barge your way back in with her, just let her get on with it, intergrate with other mates and enjoy yourself.

In my case, my mate had a tiff with one of the other girls and consequently she was kinda left out of that group and came back to me for a friendship. I accepted that because i she wasn't malicious with leaving me out before, it was the influence from the girls she had become mates with because they didn't particularly like me.
If your mate does end up coming back to you after a falling out with another girl then decided whether she was instrumental in your leaving out or whether it was her new friend group who played the most part.

Looks like she is either;

1) embarassed of you and has moved on

or

2) jealous of you and does not want you around to take the spotlight
