Do you have sagging breasts but are still a teen or young woman?
I'm 15, am a 38C and my breasts sag and I HATE IT! It's so annoying. I can't wear bikini tops, because it won't hold it up or tube tops and halters without wearing a regular bra because a strapless won't hold it up. It really ruins my self confidence and I feel that if I told a guy that my breasts sag that he would leave me or wouldn't except me and I don't have anyone to talk to about this because I don't know anyone else who has this problem. I want to get surgery but I'm scared and my mom said I should leave it the way it is but she doesn't know what it's like. What should I do? I'd like to talk to someone if anyone has this problem.

Hey, I totally have the same problem as you. I've found that there are a lot of really good bras out there that will help support you even in strapless or halter tops. I would definitely recommend going to a Nordstroms or Macys. Unfortunately, Victoria's Secret doesn't cut it for us bigger girls. Make sure to get bras without padding and with underwire and good straps. And don't worry, there are lots of cute bras out there that will fit you and make you look great. Once you find several good bras, you'll find that you can still wear halters and strapless things. Some bras even have straps that can be worn with halter tops. As for bathing suits, many bikinis have underwire in them so they'll support you even at the beach.

I know exactly how you feel. There is also the added pain of the straps on the bra digging into your shoulders in order to attempt to hold them up. I am 28 and have had saggy boobs since high school. I have wanted to have a breast reduction surgery for half my life almost.

If you have good commitment and follow through a non-surgical solution would be exercises for your chest. There are a number of exercises you can look into that firm up the muscles in the breasts and will help some. Go here for some examples of exercises to try http://diet.ivillage.com/tone/tbust/0,,m4n,00.html

I was a 36C - 36D when I was your age (38DD now after 2 kids). Believe me when I tell you there are plenty of guys out there who would KILL to date someone like that. Don't sell yourself short, and don't let some GUY determine your self esteem. You have to be happy with who you are, inside and out, so that you won't just fall for the first guy who wants to be with you. If a guy doesnt accept you for who you are DUMP HIM! It makes me so sad to hear girls talk about changing themselve for guys - when in reality it's the GUYS who should be changing for US!

Treat yourself like the goddess you are, or no one else will.

As far as clothes - there are some very good strapless bras out there that really help with the tube tops and halters. Bikini tops can be bought by bra-size and they fit just fine..... and the right one will stop a man dead in his tracks! ;-)

And PLEASE don't get the surgery, at least not at 15. Your body's not done doing whatever it's going to do. You might get the surgery now and then wish you hadn't (or want it again after you get older). At least wait until you're older.

Yes a lot of people associate sagging breasts and stretch marks with older married woman with kids but it's amazing the amount of young girls who get it early on in life. It is a confidence crusher, but comparing yourself with other girls is the real confidence killer, everyone has a beautifully unique body in thier own right, as hard as it is, the only thing you can do is love your body regardless of it's so called "imperfections". Either that or surgery, but I don't agree with putting your body through the car crash look that plastic surgery gives you for the sake of vanity.

i agree with the comment above....trust us guys like big breasts....but if it bothers you...it doesn't matter how much everyone else likes them because what makes you happy and comfortable if more importiant that what others think. if you want to try to reduce your size a bit try doing some upper body exercises such as curls with weights, pushups and pullups.....what those exercises do is work out the pectoralis musckes and the sterno clydo mastoid muscles which in turn burns fat reserves in the area as fuel for the muscles.....that's why most female bodybuilders have implants...because they've worked those muscles to a point that it's burned off all the fat....which really isn't a good thing either...i say...just start with those kinds of exercises until you get to a size that you're comfortable with....swimming also works too.

You have only one choice to consider other than accepting yourself as you are. That is a surgical procedure. Don't hang up on this..your thinking is what is robbing you of your confidence...Just be yourself and don't worry about what you look like.. People pay attention to what you project, not necessarily what you look like.. I know this is difficult for a teen to accept but, spend more time on creating a bubbly personality and leave the other aspect to nature. People are attracted to an outgoing person.. become that.!!

It's just because of their size, they hang differently than small ones. I don't think most guys would mind; most of them like them big, and that's just how big breasts are. when you get a little older, if it really bothers you or starts causing medical problems, you could look into the reduction surgery. My friend had it done, but she was much bigger than you are.

i think you should go to a doc for further consultancy...
that's the best person who can guide you...
By reading your words i feel that seems even you are over weight or fat but that can only be said if your height and body weight is not in the right proportion... so you must evaluate that too...have you tried some new bra for yourself may be you are not wearing the right size ...even Pamela has big size and she is happy with that.....some say going to gym also helps to tone your chest muscles...But go to a doc for sure...

Guys like big boobs, even saggy ones, so don't get too down. But seriously, if it is affecting you this much and you have the ability too, go ahead and get the surgery. I believe you could get a lift or a reduction. My cousin got a reduction and is very happy with it.

You can try doing some exercises that tighten up your chest muscles. Your breasts are 90% fat and the rest is muscle. If the muscles are tightened, your breast fat will remain attached to it and retighten with the muscle.
