im working with someone that doesnt want to pay for a service provided,i gave him A 15 day net,it's been 25 days and he doesnt answer faxes or phone call.what should i do?

He will pay you. He probably hasn't been paid from his customer yet. Its usually 30 days net. Is this your first job? Every Sub contractor knows it takes 30 days to get paid.

Repossess the services provided if possible. Put a personal ad in the local paper notifying "anyone doing business with....." BEWARE!!! The terms are what you set them & are agreed upon with the other party. They DONT have to be 30 days. You can have terms "Due upon receipt" which are what my terms are & I have never NOT been paid(knock on wood)

send him a certified letter return receipt requested demanding payment try to call him again take him to small claims court
report him the better business bureau and the labor board

Report him to the state and then get a lawyer.
