Drano & Liquid Plumber gels (not foam) work pretty well, but Instant Power Drain Opener from Home Depot has worked best for me.

Go to Home Depot and ask for Instant Power Drain Opener. It is amazing, it actually melts and disolves hair and grease, its a little smelly at first but your drain will be like new! Guaranteed! Wouldnt waste my time with anything else.
