Ignition Control Module, when it gets hot it shuts down and when you let it cool it will start fine then dies if it gets hot.
Go to a parts store and bring the module so they could test it, tell them to test it a couple of times till it gets hot.

I have a 1988 Bronco that used to do it when it got really hot, humid or it rained. It would stall out of the blue, and then take up to 45 minutes to start up again. It ended up being an ignition thing...the ignition control module on the distributor.

With these new vehicles having all the sensors and stuff, I can't be so sure. Right off I'd say vapor lock or bad coil.

It could be the throttle position sensor. Those are pretty cheap and worth trying before going into more expensive parts.
