There are 19 countries in yahho answers and questions, in addition Usa in spanish. . . So when I sumbit a question, does my actualy question show in all yahho Answer and question that are English?

I'm in the center of the Unites States and I see your Question.
I think there just divided by Language, not by country.
In other words I could select Korean (if they have it) and I would get all my Questions and pages in Korean no matter where they came from.

Yes, this is because it is being asked on the World Wide Web, which means that it can be read by anyone world wide. Kind of a crazy concept I know.
