Looks and personality.Yes,it works.Girls are so jealous of me,so I have no gal friends but guy friends is another story.I started a job like 2 months ago(I don't work there anymore though) within a month all the girls hated me and I was friends with all the teen guys that worked there(I'm 16).Personality is what counts most,sometimes they just like a girl that has a sense of humor,likes to make working at a stupid store fun,and someone that is nice to everyone,including girls I hate.I am not easy(they did not know it but I'm still a virgin),thats not why they liked me,I think it was because of my personality.

I read this as a guy to see what the answers were (sorry! I know it's like stealin trade secrets, but I am married and was curious to see what was written).
