M.A.C. is excellent for any shade of skin- my friend is african-american and I'm as pasty-white as they come and we both use their products!

There are a few really good ones.

1. Sacha Cosmetics http://www.sachacosmetics.com/
2. Black Opal http://www.cherylburgess.com/
3. Iman http://www.imancosmetics.com/1.0/

However, the BEST powder for women of colour is made by Guerlain - their Terracotta Bronzing Powder #3 is GORGEOUS on women of colour. http://www.guerlain.com/

Good luck!

Fashion Fair. It is a department store brand. I used to sell it and I used the eyeshadows and lipsticks. Very higly pigmented and pretty cool colors too. The prices are reasonable also.

M.A.C. would work, but more importantly is what you pick. On darker skin tones bronze and gold shimmery make-up always looks AMAZING and lip gloss that gives off a strong shine.

Try Wei East Flawless by Nature sold on HSN. They have a kit where you can get 2 colors together & blend them if needed. There you can read customers reviews too.

Try MAC or Bobbi Brown (her range of foundations, concealers and powders all have yellow undertones), or Prescriptives (you can actually get most of their products customer custom blended to suit your every need).
